Welcome to join our Prodigy Outdoor Club. Please make sure that you read the following instructions carefully. Once you join our club activity, which means you have agreed and accepted the following rules of our club.

Exceptions Clause

The outdoor activity always remain certain dangers, the dangers may come from improper actions by yourself, the obstruction by other people, the external force by nature and all other circumstances which are precisely unpredictable, unavoidable and insuperable. Each attendee should have a clear instruction of your capability and take good use of your equipments. To those dangers and injuries which may occur during outdoor activity, including reach the endurance by yourself and bring to other people, once you decide to attend our activity, you should have done adequate comprehension and prudent estimation by entirely of your own volition. The services which are provided by us are conductive and you should understand that the fees we charge are just as for guide and entrust purpose. All services we provide during our outdoor activities are not mandatory. To be safe, the attendees should consider that give up the route and action which may negatively execute at any time, we do not take any responsibility for the injury or death during outdoor activity. The attendees should take in charge of all risks and responsibilities on your own, and compensate the injury and death of victim by yourself due to your improper action according to the law. Or you can ask for the compensation directly from the responsible Party if you are injured. However, the attendees do not have right to ask for the compensation and recovery of any injury and death and property loss from our club and team leader only based on our services during the activity. Moreover, we are strongly recommended the attendees should buy relevant insurance or we can help the attendee to buy the insurance per request.

Fees and Payment

The activity fee is included transportation, accommodation, three meals per day (the ticket for sightseeing spots and other personal expense are excluded, the accommodation is major in staying guesthouse and camping). The potential attendee should come over for the down payment by the appointed date. Afterwards, if the attendee is not able to attend the activity which is confirmed previously, the down payment will be forfeited.

Equipment

The Prodigy Cycling Club does not provide the equipment for rent, the attendees themselves can go some outdoor stores to rent or buy relevant equipments. We suggest you should bring equipments as following: helmet, gloves, jersey, lavatory kit, sunglass, sunscreen cream, Anti-mosquito liquid, mobile phone charge, sleeper, packing bags, fruit knife, basic medicines, flashlight, water jug, sleeping bag

Transportation

The club activity mainly departure from Shanghai via private van, the cycling will start when we arrive the planned venue.
